Additionally, we offer customised individual units to the Profession and allied areas such as Government Regulatory and Compliance Officers in areas as diverse as Investigation techniques, preparing evidence for court, appearing in court as a witness and presenting in court.
We also provide Continuing Legal Education units and programs to the Legal Profession

Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution

This course will equip you with the skills to help couples and families satisfactorily resolve their disputes. You will be able to:

understand and apply the principles of non-adversarial, child inclusive, family dispute resolution

understand and apply the legal principles underpinning family mediation
-
help separating parties resolve disputes about the wellbeing and care of children
-
help separating parties identify assets and debts and decide how they will be shared
-
recognise and respond to evidence of family violence, parenting stress, mental health issues and child harm.
Graduates are eligible to register with the Federal Attorney General to provide Family Dispute Resolution services to clients in Australia.

Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing
he Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing enables you to satisfy the entry requirements as a licenced conveyancer in NSW. The course can be completed by distance learning, and Government funding is available in some instances.
To attain a Diploma of Conveyancing 13 units must be achieved:

9 core units plus

2 sectoral units plus
-
2 elective units.

If your goal is to be an independent Conveyancing contractor then you will need to complete the following two sectoral units to be licensed with the Business Licensing Authority (see below):
